VALENTINE'S DAY DELIVERY INFORMATION

1. Address and/or message card changes are NOT ALLOWED once the order is submitted.
2. Valentine's Day period is from 13 - 14 February. There are 2 delivery slot options: (D) Between 9am - 6pm OR (E) Between 7pm - 11pm. No special delivery times can be requested. 
3. No refund and/or cancellations on orders are allowed.
4. We are unable to deliver to shopping mall counters; University, Polytechnic campuses and dorms; Airport, Ports, Shipyard, Jurong Island and restricted areas; and Construction Sites.

Kindly note that there will be a price increase on orders for deliveries made between 9th to 16th February. This is due to a surge in raw material costs.
