We promise to deliver the freshest flowers and gifts. While we guarantee same-day delivery for orders placed before 5pm, we are not liable for issues arising from recipient absence, incorrect address, or unavailability. Order Confirmation, Delivery Time and Address

Please ensure that the email address you provided upon checkout is correct. When the order is successfully placed, we will send you a confirmation email Including all the information of the order. Please be aware that some condominiums and other private complex like commercial spaces, hospitals or offices do not allow our delivery partners to access and hand over the surprise to the door of the recepient. We will call the recipient to pick up the surprise at the lobby or inform the recipient that we will leave it with the guard or concierge.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Self-Collection: Available at Far East Flora Centre, Level 2, 435 Clementi Road Singapore 599873. Daily operating hours : 8am - 7pm.
  • Normal Delivery Fee: $9.00 before GST for every 2 items; within Singapore (excluding Sentosa, remote and restricted areas).
  • Normal Delivery Schedule: 9am - 1pm, 2pm - 6pm, and 7pm - 10pm.
  • Same-Day Delivery Cutoff: Refer to product pages for specifics.
  • Multiple Items to the Same Address: Contact us for details.
  • Delivery Fee may increase during peak and seasonal periods. Seasonal Periods: 9-16 February, 2nd week of May. Peak Periods: 3-4 weeks leading up to Chinese New Year and Christmas.
  • For specific locations like Marina Bay Sands, and Jurong Island, additional arrangements are necessary.
  • The delivery fees for remote and restricted areas are listed below and are in addition to the standard delivery fee. If your delivery address falls within one of these areas, our Customer Service Team will contact you to collect and process the additional fee.

Marina Bay Sands: Delivery to Marina Bay Sands requires the recipient to submit the license plate of our floral delivery vehicle to the building management's security office. Either the sender or the recipient needs to contact the security office directly to facilitate the necessary paperwork and clearance. If clearance issues lead to non-delivery, FarEastFlora.com will not be held responsible. In the event of redelivery being required, an additional fee of $10 before GST will be charged to the sender. The time and date of redelivery will be subject to the availability of our drivers.


Jurong Island: Deliveries to Jurong Island are subject to stringent security measures. If clearance issues result in non-delivery, FarEastFlora.com cannot be held responsible. Should redelivery be necessary due to clearance issues, an additional fee of $10 before GST will be imposed. The scheduling of redelivery will depend on the availability of our drivers.

Floral arrangements delivered internationally may have differing costs due to currency exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability. On average, it would take anything between 2 to 3 working days to process and fulfill an international delivery.

Self Collection

For all self-collection orders, the collection point is at Far East Flora Centre, Level 2, 435 Clementi Road, Singapore 599873. Our self-collection hours are from 8 am to 7 pm. Please ensure that you collect your order on the selected delivery date and time slot chosen during checkout, and within our opening hours.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise requiring the cancellation of your order. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines and fees associated with cancellations.

  • Standard Orders:
    • More than 48 Hours Before Delivery: If you need to cancel your order more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total purchase amount will be applied.
    • Within 48 Hours of Delivery: If the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time, the full purchase amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
  • Next-Day Orders: For orders scheduled for next-day delivery, the full purchase amount will be forfeited if a cancellation request is made.
  • Cake Orders: Due to the highly perishable and customized nature of cake orders, we have a strict no-cancellation or refund policy once the order has been placed.

Returns & Refunds

At FarEastFlora.com, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. However, due to the perishable nature of flowers and food items, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

If you are not satisfied with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at (65) 6251 2323 or email us at smile@FarEastFlora.com. For non-perishable items, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. To assist us in processing your request, kindly provide photos of the items in question along with your refund request.

Please note that flowers and food items are highly perishable and sensitive to environmental conditions. Flowers are natural products, and as such, no two items are identical. Variations in color, size, and shape are to be expected and add to the unique beauty of each arrangement.

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund within 14 days. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and freshness of our products. For any questions or further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, eNETS, DBS PayLah!, PayPal and bank transfer. All transactions made on our site are secure and charged in Singapore Dollars inclusive of prevailing government tax.

Can I choose to collect my order that was placed online?

Of course! For all self-collection orders, the collection point would be at Far East Flora Centre, Level 2, 435 Clementi Road 599873. Our self-collection hours are from 8 am to 7 pm. Please ensure that you collect your order on the selected delivery date and time slot chosen during checkout, and within our opening hours. If you would like to collect your order earlier than your chosen date, give us a call at (65) 6251 2323 in advance and we will try our very best to accommodate your request. 

Do you ship to multiple recipients?

Do you ship to international destinations?

An estimated 3 - 5 business days will be required to process your order. Floral arrangements delivered internationally may have differing costs due to currency exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability. How promptly can you deliver my gift to a Singapore address?

We can deliver it within the same day, provided that the order is placed before 5pm. The earliest delivery date and time can be found on the individual product’s page. Please note that during peak periods, there is a possibility that your gift can only be delivered the following day.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

Absolutely! We provide delivery services every day, including Sundays and Public Holidays, across Singapore at no additional cost. Please note, there is an additional delivery fee for Sentosa, remote, and restricted areas.

What happens if I my order is not collected or redelivered within 3 days after the scheduled delivery date?

If your order is not collected within 3 days of the delivery date, a re-making fee will apply. From the 4th day onwards, a 100% charge will be imposed, as our items are perishable and cannot be reused.

When are your peak periods?

Our peak periods are Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas. During these periods, there will either be one (9am to 6pm) or two (9am to 6pm or 7pm to 11pm) delivery time slots - depending on the occasion and subject to changes without prior notice.

Is delivery affected during Formula One FI?

Yes. Due to road closures, delivery to certain addresses are affected during Formula One. We will not be delivering to the following addresses: Collyer Quay, St Andrew's Road, Nicoll Highway, Esplanade Drive, Stamford Road, Republic Boulevard, Raffles Avenue, Bayfront Avenue, Bras Basah Road, Raffles Boulevard and Temasek Avenue. Can I send gifts to Marina Bay Sands, Jewel, and Jurong Island?

For specific locations like Marina Bay Sands,Jewel, and Jurong Island, additional arrangements are necessary. For security reasons, the building management's security office requires the recipient to submit the license plate of our floral delivery vehicle. As such, either you or your recipient will need to contact the building management's security office directly to arrange for the necessary paperwork and clearance. Should there be a non-delivery due to clearance issues, we regret to inform you that we will not be held responsible.
