Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, the terms and conditions listed below shall apply to any purchases and orders made with FarEastFlora.com. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other printed or written document passing between parties (including without limitation the Customer's Sales or Purchase Order), the terms and conditions listed here will supersede.

No variation of the terms and conditions listed shall be applicable to any purchases and orders unless explicitly accepted in writing by FarEastFlora.com.

Terms & Conditions

1. Applicability and Agreement
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, the terms below apply to all purchases made on FarEastFlora.com. In case of any inconsistency with other documents, these terms will prevail. Variations are only valid if accepted in writing by FarEastFlora.com.

2. Customer Service Policy
We promise to deliver the freshest flowers and gifts. While we guarantee same-day delivery for orders placed before 5 pm, we are not liable for issues arising from recipient absence, incorrect address, or unavailability. For orchid gift boxes, stringent customs may affect delivery. If you encounter issues, contact us at smile@FarEastFlora.com or (65) 6251 2323 and quote your order number.

3. Shipping & Delivery
  • Self-Collection: Available at Far East Flora Centre, Level 2, 435 Clementi Road Singapore 599873.
  • Delivery Fee: $9.00 per every 2 items subject to prevailing GST within Singapore (excluding Sentosa and restricted areas and exclude Christmas Trees).
  • Normal Delivery Schedule: 9am - 1pm, 2pm - 6pm, and 7pm - 10pm
  • Peak Season Delivery Schedule: 9am - 6pm and 7pm - 11pm. 
  • Same-Day Delivery Cutoff: Refer to product pages for specifics.
  • Multiple Items to the Same Address: Contact us for further assistance.
For specific locations like Marina Bay Sands, Jurong Island, and Paya Lebar Quarter, additional arrangements are necessary.

Marina Bay Sands: Delivery to Marina Bay Sands requires the recipient to submit the license plate of our floral delivery vehicle to the building management's security office. Either the sender or the recipient needs to contact the security office directly to facilitate the necessary paperwork and clearance. If clearance issues lead to non-delivery, FarEastFlora.com will not be held responsible. In the event of redelivery being required, an additional fee of $10 subject to prevailing GST will be charged to the sender. The time and date of redelivery will be subject to the availability of our drivers.

Jurong Island: Deliveries to Jurong Island are subject to stringent security measures. If clearance issues result in non-delivery, FarEastFlora.com cannot be held responsible. Should redelivery be necessary due to clearance issues, an additional fee of $10 subject to prevailing GST will be imposed. The scheduling of redelivery will depend on the availability of our drivers.

Paya Lebar Quarter: For deliveries to Paya Lebar Quarter, similar security protocols apply, and the recipient or sender must coordinate with the building management's security office to arrange for necessary paperwork and clearance. In the event of clearance issues causing non-delivery, FarEastFlora.com will not be held responsible. Redelivery, if required, will incur an additional fee of $10 subject to prevailing GST, and the timing will be contingent on our drivers' availability.

4. Substitution
If any flower, container, packaging material, or hamper item is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar item of equal or higher value, ensuring the overall aesthetics are maintained. 5. Order Cancellation
  • Cancellation Fee: 50% if made more than 48 hours before delivery.
  • Next-Day Cancellation: Full purchase amount forfeited.
  • Cake Orders: Strict no-cancellation or refund policy.

6. Returns & Refunds
Contact us at (65) 6251 2323 or smile@FarEastFlora.com within 24 hours for flowers and 48 hours for non-perishables. Please provide photos with your refund request for our review. Refunds will be processed within 14 days once approved.

7. Security & Privacy
Our commitment is to safeguard your personal information. We collect, use, and protect personal data for order fulfilment, communication, and improvement. Secure payment processes and encryption ensure privacy.

8. Alcohol-related Items
For deliveries involving alcoholic drinks, recipients must be 18 or older with valid identification. FarEastFlora.com reserves the right to refuse delivery and impose redelivery fees. If legal requirements for item delivery are not met, FarEastFlora.com reserves the right to cancel the alcohol-related portion of your order.

9. PDPA Consent
