As a Product Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of new floral arrangements, gift packages, and related products across multiple brands within our portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for flowers, gifting, and product development to contribute to the growth and success of our company and its multiple brands.


  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends related to floral arrangements and gifting products for each brand within our portfolio.
  • Develop and implement product strategies, including positioning, pricing, and target market identification, tailored to each brand.
  • Drive the development of new floral arrangements, gift packages, and related products across multiple brands, collaborating with florists, designers, and suppliers.
  • Oversee product testing and quality control processes to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction for each brand.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality flowers and gift items for each brand.
  • Determine pricing strategies based on market analysis, product costs, and customer value perception for each brand.
  • Organize and lead photoshoots for all new and existing products to capture high-quality visuals for marketing materials, online platforms, and promotional content.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for each brand to create promotional materials, conduct product training, and ensure successful product launches.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in product development, preferably in the floral, gifting, or related industry is a plus.
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks efficiently. Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
  • Strong market research and analysis skills.
  • Creative flair and the ability to think innovatively to develop unique and appealing product offerings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and product management software.
