Can I choose to collect my order that was placed online?
Of course! For all self collection orders, the collection point would be at our Thomson retail outlet (565 Thomson Road, Singapore 298184). Please collect your order on the date chosen during your check out process and during our opening hours. During peak occasions like Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, please collect your order on the date chosen during your check out process and before 9pm. If you would like to collect your order earlier than your chosen date, give us a call at 6251 2323 and we will try our very best to accommodate your request.
How much does local delivery cost?
The delivery fee within Singapore is chargeable at $7.00 (w/gst $7.49) for all items, with the exception of deliveries to Sentosa and restricted areas listed in "Charges for Sentosa and Restricted Areas".

How much does it cost to deliver multiple items to the same address?
Can I send gifts to Marina Bay Sands?
For security reasons, Marina Bay Sands (MBS) security office requires the recipient to submit the license plate of our floral delivery vehicle. As such, either you or your recipient will need to contact MBS’s security office directly to arrange for the necessary paperwork and clearance.
Should there be a non-delivery due to clearance issues, we regret to inform you that we will not be held responsible.
My delivery did not arrive within the hours requested. What should I do?
Sometimes due to technical glitches or bad weather, we may not be able to fulfill your delivery within the hours requested. If that happens, please reach out to us call us at (65) 6251 2323 or write to us at [email protected] so that we can send a complimentary bouquet to your designated recipient.
My recipient received the wrong item. What should I do?
We are very sorry, and regret the inconvenience caused. Please reach out to us at (65) 6251 2323 or write to us at [email protected] so that we can proceed to rectify the issue as efficiently as possible.
How much will it cost to send a floral arrangement overseas and how long will the process take?
Floral arrangements delivered internationally may have differing costs due to currency exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability. On average, it would take anything between 2 to 3 working days to process and fulfill an international delivery.
Will there be a surcharge if I want something delivered during peak periods?
Our peak periods are Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas. During these peak periods, the regular delivery fee may subjected to price changes. The delivery fee for all purchases and orders are clearly reflected at the billing page during check out.
How about delivery on Valentine’s Day?
Kindly note that there will be a price increase on orders for deliveries made between 9th and 16th February. This is due to a surge in raw material costs.
Please ensure that your recipient’s address, contact numbers, and gift messages are correct when placing your order. Due to the high influx of orders, we will not be able to accommodate any amendments made to your Valentine’s Day orders.
