At FarEastFlora.com, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. However, due to the perishable nature of flowers and food items, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
If you are not satisfied with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at (65) 6251 2323 or email us at smile@FarEastFlora.com. For non-perishable items, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. To assist us in processing your request, kindly provide photos of the items in question along with your refund request.
Please note that flowers and food items are highly perishable and sensitive to environmental conditions. Flowers are natural products, and as such, no two items are identical. Variations in color, size, and shape are to be expected and add to the unique beauty of each arrangement.
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund within 14 days. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and freshness of our products.
