Sentosa and restricted areas are outside the standard delivery fee, while locations such as Marina Bay Sands, Jurong Island and Paya Lebar Quarter require additional arrangements. Some condominiums, hospitals and offices may also restrict doorstep access, so the recipient may need to meet the delivery partner at an approved handover point.

Yes. Eligible flowers and gifts can be delivered to offices and hospitals on the same day, subject to the available date and time shown at checkout. For hospital deliveries, check the ward’s flower and delivery policy and provide the recipient’s full name, ward or unit and contact number.
