Product Details & Pricing

• Early Bird Special: Get your tree for $483 (valid now until November 30th, while stocks last).
• A Natural Product: Just like in nature, no two trees are exactly alike. Each one has its own unique character, shape, and charm. Please note that tree sizes are approximate, with height measured from the top tip to the very base of the trunk.
• What's Included: Every tree comes with a sturdy tree stand.

Delivery Information
To ensure your Christmas is as magical as possible, we'll deliver your hand-picked tree with care between 9am and 6pm on your chosen date. Please note that we are unable to deliver to remote or restricted areas such as Army Camps, Airports, PSA ports, Embassies, and Jurong Island.

• Delivery Fees:
  5-9ft trees: $33 (with GST) per tree.
  9-12ft trees: $55 (with GST) per tree.
• Marina Bay Sands Surcharge: A $100 (with GST) surcharge per tree applies to all tree heights delivered to the Marina Bay Sands area. Our team will contact you to process this fee.
• Staircase Fees: If lift access is unavailable, a surcharge of $10 per floor for 5-9ft trees or $15 per floor for 9-12ft trees will apply, limited to a maximum of 3 floors.

Post-Holiday Tree Disposal
Make your Christmas simple from start to finish. We also offer a convenient tree disposal service after the holiday season.

• Disposal Fees:
  5-9ft trees: $40 (with GST) per tree.
  9-12ft trees: $80 (with GST) per tree.
  
• Disposal Fees from Marina Bay Sands area:
  5-9ft trees: $140 (with GST) per tree.
  9-12ft trees: $180 (with GST) per tree.
  

Refunds & Exchanges
We are confident you'll love your new tree! In the rare case of an unhealthy tree, we will gladly arrange a refund or exchange. However, please note that we are unable to accept returns for natural variances in a tree's height, shape, or fullness.
