Sometimes, fresh flowers are unpredictable which may cause your experience with us to be slightly less than perfect. What is the grace period for contacting if I want a replacement or refund for my order?

Please do so within 24 hours of receiving your floral arrangement, so that we can make up for it with a no questions asked, one-to-one exchange. For non-perishable products, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

How long does take to process a refund request?

We will issue a refund for your order within 14 days of receipt of your refund request.
