To get started, create a free account or log in to your existing account.
2. Shop Online
Shop for flowers & gifts on your mobile, laptop or tablet. You’ll collect reward points all ways. Every $1 spent you will earn 1 point.
3. Earn Points, Get Rewarded
As you earn points, you can redeem them by offsetting your next purchase with us. Start redeeming with as little as 100 Points! Every 100 points = $1 off. Points earned are valid for 12 months.

General
FarEastFlora.com Pte Ltd reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to FarEastFlora.com Rewards Program, in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and may be posted to www.FarEastFlora.com, so please check back from time to time. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications, and your continued access to or participation in FarEastFlora.com Rewards Program following any such changes or modifications confirms your acceptance. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must stop accessing and participating in FarEastFlora.com Rewards Program.
FarEastFlora.com Rewards Program is only applicable for personal customers with an account created with FarEastFlora.com Pte Ltd website. Purchase(s) must be made in full on our website in order to qualify for the earning of reward points. Partial payment or offline payment will not be accepted. Corporate accounts are not eligible to participate.
The Rewards Program is not valid for Christmas trees and International Flowers products on FarEastFlora.com website, at FarEastFlora.com Retail outlets, Far East Flora garden retail centers, Goodwood Florist garden retail center and the wholesale fresh cut flowers center at Far East Market (formerly known as Far East Orchid).
Earning of Points
You must log in to your account or create a new account and make a qualifying order in order to earn points from your purchases made on FarEastFlora.com from 22 Dec 2021, 1500 hours. The earning of point(s) is rounded up and calculated based on the total amount paid for the order excluding taxes, delivery fee, vouchers, gift cards and/or other special charges. For every S$1 you spend, you will earn 1 Point. For example, if you've spent S$10, you will see 10 Points reflected in your account for that order. Do note that points may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your account.
In the event, you did not log in to your account and placed an order on FarEastFlora.com Pte Ltd website, there will not be rewards allocated to your order.
If you have created a new account only after placing an order on FarEastFlora.com Pte Ltd website, rewards will not be credited to your account for that order.
Redemption of Points
You must log in to your account in order to redeem the points in your account on FarEastFlora.com Pte Ltd website. Only qualifying orders made on/after 22 Dec 2021, 1500 hours and fulfilled the Earning of Points conditions will be entitled to redemption of points. The minimum number of redeemable points is 100. Each 1 Point can be redeemed for $0.01. The maximum amount of redemption of points is up to 50% of the total order amount. You cannot use your points to offset the full amount of the order. Redemption of points to offset purchase(s) can only be transacted on FarEastFlora.com Pte Ltd website. Points cannot be used to offset taxes, delivery fees, vouchers, gift cards, and/or other special charges. Points cannot be combined from multiple accounts for redemptions.
Qualifying order(s) refers to orders that are placed on/after 22 Dec 2021, 1500 hours; order(s) has been delivered, order(s) was made on FarEastFlora.com Pte Ltd website, and order(s) was not canceled or refunded.
Points Validity
Unless otherwise noted, points are automatically added to your account within twenty-four (24) hours of your eligible purchase and expire 12 (twelve) months after the calendar month in which such points were earned. For example, if you earn points on 1 January 2022, they will expire on 31 December 2022. Points get refreshed annually and will not be brought forward. Points earned in the account can only be used by that account holder, and cannot be transferred to another account. Points earned are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, have no cash or monetary value.
Return and/or Cancellation of Order
If you return the item purchased or cancel the order, any points earned from the order will be reversed out from your account without further notice.
Refund of Order
If your order has been canceled and your payment has been refunded, any points earned from the order will be reversed out from your account without further notice.
Miscellaneous
Fraud and abuse relating to the earning of Points in the Reward Program or redemption of Points may result in the forfeiture of accrued Points as well as cancellation of your account with FarEastFlora.com Pte Ltd. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Rewards Program or the eligibility of Points for accrual or redemption of rewards will be resolved by FarEastFlora.com Pte Ltd at its sole discretion. FarEastFlora.com Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute the rewards or the rewards conditions at any time with or without notice.
