Please note that Add-On Gifts are not available for international delivery orders.

How will my flowers be crafted and gifted?

Each FarEastFlora.com flower bouquet and arrangement is lovingly crafted by our florists to bring joy to your recipient. All wrappings and trimmings seen on the catalog, or on this website will be replicated as closely as possible. We strive to ensure that your flowers always arrive to your recipient on time and accompanied with a gift card bearing your personal message.

What do you mean by “Petite”, “Deluxe” and “Premium” sizes?

For most of our flower arrangements, we offer three different sizes: Petite, Deluxe and Premium. The number of flowers used in each arrangement depends on the size of arrangement you pick. Pictures used for product illustrations are taken with a Deluxe sized flower arrangement.

Does FarEastFlora.com offer floral arrangements for weddings and events?

We do! From floral arches to table arrangements and bouquets, we offer prearranged and customizable arrangements to suit any theme and budget.

For international orders, are there certain flower or plant choice limitations?

As of now, we are only able to deliver a select range of flowers and certain plants to international addresses and the range differs depending on country.

Please note that due to weather and seasons affecting flower quality and quantity available in the specific country, our partner florist may have to substitute certain flowers for a similar variety without giving prior notice in order to fulfill the delivery on time. Substitution will not affect plants, in the event a plant is out of stock our Customer Service Representative will reach out to you personally.
