General Orders
Delivery within Singapore is free unless otherwise stated. When placing your
order, please identify the date on which your order is to be delivered.
Naturally, same-day deliveries are accepted, but please refer to the following
delivery schedule for specifics: |

Additional Delivery Charges
For items below S$30, please note that a delivery charge of S$7.49 will be
imposed per destination per delivery date. This will be reflected in the
Shopping Cart based on maximum number of destinations, but may be adjusted
during Checkout depending on recipient and delivery specifications.
Express Delivery
If delivery is to be made within 2 hours after confirmation, there will be an
additional charge of S$10.70. Please note this is subjected to availability of
drivers. Please call us at (65) 6251 2323.We reserve the right to turn down
requests if resources are not available.
Super Express Delivery
If delivery is to be made at specific time (e.g. at 3pm) or within a very short
time frame (e.g. 3pm to 3.30pm). Please note this is subjected to availability
of drivers. The additional charge for super express delivery is $21 Please call
us at (65) 6251 2323.We reserve the right to turn down requests if resources
are not available.
Redelivery Charges
For redelivery of orders, a surcharge of $7.49 will be applicable. If
redelivery is not made on the same working day or the next working day, please
note that we will have to replace your order to ensure that only the freshest
and the highest quality gifts are sent to the recipients. This order is
chargeable at 25% discount off the original price and is applicable for all
perishable gifts like flowers, fruits and cakes.
Redirection Charges
For redirection of orders, a surcharge of $7.49 will be applicable. In the
event that the order is cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the full
price will still be payable.
Charges for Restricted Areas
Kindly note that there will be additional delivery charges for the following
restricted areas. For Area 1, an additional $10.70 will be charged. For Areas 2
to 7, an additional charge of S$21 is required. These surcharges are imposed
due to the length of time required to gain security clearance into these areas.

Delivery can only be made between 9am - 1am for the above restricted areas.
Orders are to be made at least 1 working day (before 530pm) before delivery
date. I.e. To send to a restricted area between 9am – 1pm on Tuesday, order has
to be placed before 530pm on Monday. To send to a restricted area between 9am –
1pm on Monday, order has to be placed before 530pm on Saturday.
For peak seasons like Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day, there will be other
areas whereby this additional charge will be imposed.
Cake Delivery
Kindly note that for cake deliveries, there will be no cancellation allowed
after the order is confirmed. In the event that cancellation is needed, the
order will still be chargeable at the full price. |

International Delivery

Global deliveries are made to locations outside of Singapore. Floral
arrangements delivered internationally may vary due to current exchange rates,
or regional and seasonal availability.

All prices quoted include air freight & door to door transportation

Orders received on Monday and Tuesday before 12pm (Singapore time) will be
despatched the next day. |

Thereafter, it will be sent on the following Monday to avoid weekend delay for
custom clearance. |

Although we try to ensure all orders arrive on the dates specified, please note
that all deliveries are subjected to custom or import delays. |

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, it generally takes 3 to 5 days from the
date of order to reach the recipient. |

In the aftermath of Sep 11 2001, stringent custom control measures have caused
orchid gift boxes to be delivered late or undelivered. While the incidence is
not high, such volatile conditions means we are not able to guarantee their
successful deliveries with full refunds or free redeliveries. Thank you for
