would want to be able to accommodate your requests as best as we can.

Please note the following :

Cancellation must be made at least 48 working hours before the requested day of delivery for local orders. |
|
No cancellation is allowed for overseas orders once the order is confirmed. |
|
For cancellation request received less than the stipulated time, only 50% of the order value is refundable. This refund condition is not applicable to orders for weddings, events & third party items, such as cakes, gourmet chocolates, etc. For Third Party orders, once confirmed cannot be cancelled. |

In the event the order is delivered, the full purchase amount will apply. |
