The AOP comprises challenge tests and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), which may involve a practical competency- based assessment, verifies the evidence submitted by the Floristry worker to determine if he or she is competent in a certain set of Floristry skills.

Full Qualification comprises of 4 levels beginning with Certificate level, Higher Certificate level, Advanced Certificate, right up to Diploma level. Within each level are compulsory modules and elective modules which must be achieved in order to attain full qualifications.
